Not sure what furniture not delivered or tried to deliver twice. This issue has nothing to do with a delivery of furniture but an issue with some existing rental furniture that is damaged and needs to be fixed or replaced.

Aarons contacted me the first time for another store manager who was supposed to get right back to me and did not.

Then another higher up manager contacted me and made word on his promise of contacting me right back with a date for a vendor to come out and repair the sofa bed hopefully. More to come.....

Hi, I have been a longtime customer of Aarons all over Illinois, TN and Georgia. For some reason I tend to have issues with the current store that I am currently renting a sofa and 2 oversize chairs from.

For the last month or so there has been a problem with my gray Ashley sofa bed where in the middle the couch keeps dropping and now it just remains dropped. When your guys came out the first time it was ok, miss just pull out the sofa bed and then push it back it in but I thought to myself after they left how is the heck is that going to work when I have guest? It starts to drop in the middle and I have to ask my guest to get up so I can pull out the soft bed and push it back in, NO. The guys came back out and did notice yes there is an issue here and that was sometime last week.

I called the store and got Dave today at 2:50 p.m. and ask what the status was on the sofa bed? I was told that he has not even contacted a vendor or someone to come out and fix the issue. I told him, are you kidding me.

He said well the guys said there was nothing wrong and I told him that is incorrect and I wanted him to get someone out here ASAP. I am pissed off because I always have to do this store's job for them. Dave asked me are you finished yelling at me now and I said yes I am done yelling at you. As a matter of fact I am done with you.

I told him I would contact your headquarters directly and I want this email to go directly to someone up high at the Aarons Headquarters. I want a full refund on all of the money I have spent on this sofa credited to my account and applied to the 2 over sized chairs that I currently have an account with you at Store: ADDISON (F1240) / 630-543-**** Agreement 4685 for the sofa and 4849 for the chairs. And BTW your 800 number for customer service stinks. Boy your service has really gone down the drain compared to when I use to rent things from you over the years.

You guys really need to clean up your act or you won't be having any customers. Thanks Karen Grayer
