i,m the mother of crissie baynum,and i;m very angree how james at one of your stores in monaca,pa. has treated her and i my daughter has cancer she was in the hospital for 6wks and in the mean time i called arrons in monaca to make a payment with her card as she did every payment they refussed to take the payment from me.said only if she called and gave her permission,now if she is in hospital and has had two major surgreies its kind of hard for her to do this.she went back to work on 12-06-10 james has already called her and talked to her like ***,i'm so angree.i've ask him to except the payment several times he refusses.please contact me at 724/417/5645 my name is aj.ty

i know exactly wich james ur talking about he is so rude and ignorant. i can understand not taking payment, but if shes in the hospital there isnt much sh could do the sholda worked with you better. thatsone thing they really dont wanna do there work with you, they all need to take customer service classes!
