Aarons - Unfair business
There's *** in the mattress since it was delivered to my home and the manager has been reluctant to change it. He said it was not available but didn't give me another option.
The mattress is still in its original plastic wrap. In addition, the contract was for 12 months and they said it was for 18.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $520.
Preferred solution: A new mattress and contract term adjustment as agreed the day of the sale.
Aarons Pros: Rent to own option.
Aarons Cons: Worst customer service and conflict resolution ever, Poor customer service by both manager and staff, Rude customer service.
