My mom bought a washer and dryer from Aarons and the first week she had them they started making noisea and acting funny. So she called them out, and they couldn't do anything.

So they called out their company that fixes appliances and they couldn't do anything. They said it was because it wasn't ;evel or something.

So they leveled it and the problem continued. Eventually after going back and forth my mom paid off the washer and dryer and they wouldn't do anything so she had to pay sears out of pocket and sears fixed it the first time.

Monetary Loss: $1400.
