Our washing machine went out and we decided to go to Aarons to rent a new one. We take it home, set it up, and discover..roaches.

tiny german roaches all inside and out now. We have never had roaches. Now we do. Aarons refuses to replace the washing machine, only pick it up and leave us without a replacement due to not keeping their machines clean.

If this isnt resolved by them i will need to contact for legal matters so they can pay for a pest control visit that they have given me.

I thought they were better and cleaner than this. Never again.
