Paid off my washer and dryer.......expecting it to show on my credit report......at time of pay off was informed they no longer report your payments.....only reason I choose Arron's was the fact that it would show up on my credit report...no information was sent out to inform clients of change....bad business practice.

We got behind on payments and they came to pick up our things which is fine cause they have to do that and they said all we have to do is come in to have reinstated ..i have been trying now for two months calling almost every day to see what i need to do to get my riding mower back cause all we like paying it off is a little over 300 and i keep getting told every time i call have to talk to regional to see what can do to get reinstated, i wouldnt normally let this bother me cause i like everyone at Aarons but i feel like i am just getting the run around and all i want is my mower because it is or was almost paid off..

The associates giving different solutions for paying my account | Aarons review

Im a guest to one of your location and i never made a late payment or accumulated a late fee. When I first became a guest ,i was told Aarons will work with me on paymet due dates. I ask for my payments due date to be around the 20th of Month and the associate said no problem. On April 1st i made a advance payent for 2 months and now Im receiving a call stating im late because my last payment was made on the 1st. And now I will be charged 10.oo for late fee. This is not right. Just because i made an early monthly payment, this should mean now my payment due date changed to the 1st. I shouldn't be penalized for being a good guest.
