I rented new GE washer and dryer on line. Took almost 2 weeks to deliver them. When they brought them in they looked new. The dryer has a huge dent on right side. Its been a week. No new dryer like promised. When they hooked the washer up they never tightened the hoses, which caused a flood every time I turned washer on. Finally we pulled washer out and saw the hoses were loose. I made a complaint on line to corporate and next day manager of the store called up wanting to know why I left a complaint on line. Well maybe the manager and his delivery men need lessons on customer service!!

Details
The couch fabric has been sharing for months. I keep requesting that they switch out the couch. The general manager never returns my calls. Or when I do finally get a hold of him he feeds me full of *** lies. Ive been calling corporate for a solid month and havent heard a word from them. I know theyre just waiting for me to pay off the couch and then they dont have to deal with me anymore. Its getting old

A delivery was done in your Utica, ny store about 6 months ago for a bedroom set the dresser was not completed and was told they would return as it was missing brackets to hold the mirror. I went into the store made a complaint and was given free time till service was complete during the time I was at work the mirror was broken which I'd hoped could've been prevented. The brackets which not sure if correct have just shown up 3rd of January I believe. Since I've been harassed about payment for 2 months for 6 months of an unsatisfactory and uncompleted service.

A super bad service,I received an old item it was a computer HP and they never send me a new one in the box they said meet at old computer I use computer I called to complain they told me they going to send me a new one in the box I never received the back I return the old one but they never give me my refund back

Waited a week on my furniture. Furniture got there waited all day long for delivery they came and only brought 1 piece of a 2 piece living room set. Was told they'd be right back and never cane back on that Friday or even called me back. Was told they would deliver on Saturday kept calling them still no recliner called on Monday still getting the run around. Very displeased with your company at this time.

Well according to our Local Aarons, nothing can be done. I will pay off funiture next Month so they will never have to do anything. I was promised 6 months ago that it would be fixed by previous Mgr. He got ill and left, now new Mgr. refuses to fix. Said it was made that way. Which is a lie, they were not the ones who sold it too me! (Load of CrapI. I saw the same funiture in an Austin store and it was NOT that way! I've paid way more than its worth and they could not spare a 100.00 bucks to fix it!
