Aarons review in New Haven, Connecticut: I was verbal abuse by a manager

I received a phone call around7:50 am inreguards to my bill I told The Gentlemen not to call my phone at this time to call me around hours from 10 to 6 he cursed me out and said just pay your *** bill I don’t need to hear your voice this time and I told him that I’m not too keen because of what happened the last time of them going to my credit card authorize. Because of that I can no longer give Aarons my credit card number and they’re being investigated due to that but the young man named Michael Verbally cursed me the *** out

Thay had my washer for repairs 5 weeks we are a disabled couple we need our washer no loner nothing at all everyone I talk to is very rude I have never missed a payment I've jest paid off a washer and dryer and have 3 more payments left on 2. 55" TV's then I'm done with Arron's I will jest go to rent a center from now on sence I can't find out anything I live in Topeka KS my name is Ray tune

Since the summer of 2019 I have been waiting for someone to repair my washer dryer unit. I have called more than five times and each time I am told they will call me back. The company will send someone out and nothing. They have been great with giving me the run around!

Being charged twice what was quoted for washing machine, never received contract. Ottumwa Iowa store manager cussed me out, yelled etc and Arnold the sales guy belittles and calls you retarded when questioned about this. Corporate was supposed to have regional manager contact me after calling them, but obviously they could care less since i have never received a call. Imagine that! At least with Rent a Center, you know you're getting screwed, unlike Aaron's, screwed without a kiss or Vaseline!

Aarons review: Delivery Never Came At Sceduled Time

Details
Waited a week on my furniture. Furniture got there waited all day long for delivery they came and only brought 1 piece of a 2 piece living room set. Was told they'd be right back and never cane back on that Friday or even called me back. Was told they would deliver on Saturday kept calling them still no recliner called on Monday still getting the run around. Very displeased with your company at this time.
