The funds were returned. It took 9 days but the issue was resolved. The store GM handled it appropriately on his end and a service credit was also issued as an added bonus for all the hassle..

Its not. It won't be, but if this stuff fails to work again, they can have it back, or unless I buy the same, somewhere else for more money.
I did ask to negotiate better for more. So there should be no surprise if I do.
Original review posted by user Aug 17, 2017I wanted to purchase a washer & dryer for my Bday. I turned 66, called aarons, they brought me a polished, set. Broke down 1st use. They came picked it up, gave me a "loaner" that only held 3ins of water. As i paid for over 6 mos. i could not wash clothes, had to pay ppl to go to washerette. 6 months. I think becuz of my age and location, they "palmed" off that *** on me. Cant say take it back, other companies wont work with you. I was told by a rep very nastilly as i begged for what i was paying for 6 mos, "thats what you are paying for, us to fix it". I would not recommend that one TAMPA store to no one. I DID NOT ask for an old well used set. They gave me what they wanted to throw away.
