The funds were returned. It took 9 days but the issue was resolved. The store GM handled it appropriately on his end and a service credit was also issued as an added bonus for all the hassle..

Fool, you have provided far too much personal information for an open internet website forum. You're complaining to the great unwashed, pathological internet crowd which is chock full of stalkers, phishermen, scammers, etc.

Don't ever do that again for your own protection. Only when contacting a comany directly is personal information relavent.

Its not. It won't be, but if this stuff fails to work again, they can have it back, or unless I buy the same, somewhere else for more money.

I did ask to negotiate better for more. So there should be no surprise if I do.

I wanted to purchase a washer & dryer for my Bday. I turned 66, called aarons, they brought me a polished, set. Broke down 1st use. They came picked it up, gave me a "loaner" that only held 3ins of water. As i paid for over 6 mos. i could not wash clothes, had to pay ppl to go to washerette. 6 months. I think becuz of my age and location, they "palmed" off that *** on me. Cant say take it back, other companies wont work with you. I was told by a rep very nastilly as i begged for what i was paying for 6 mos, "thats what you are paying for, us to fix it". I would not recommend that one TAMPA store to no one. I DID NOT ask for an old well used set. They gave me what they wanted to throw away.

I have paid my washer n dryer off in feb. This is the worst set i had it go to the reapir shop a few times so washer goes out well thinking in good fate the manager would do lime she said n make a note of it didnt for my extended warranty so i filed a complaint well then they had the manager of the store called if i wanted her i would of called her when i spoke with maytag they kept tellig me aarons was responsible extented warranty i tried explaining this to the manager he belittle me n said how would they have that info i dont know u tell me i have been overcharged n yet have a month to month payment statement we were never late my family has accounts there n this *** isnt cheap i feel discrimnated against here the store is mostly black workers n upper management too if i was black i bet i get it done they told me this washer has never been repaief they claimed they dwapped it out well if that was the case y did it do the same thing n y didnt the manager make a note like she said she would for warranty y cause they r *** anyone can work there i plan on going to the bbb that manager trying to switch my words when i know what maytag told me n his workers cant do their job
