TV accidentally got broke and had insurance on wants me to still pay for it and I told them to take everything back except the fridge and now I’ve got the silent treatment from the Mnager

Listen to their customers ! Dont argue with them I was a Manager and Area Supervisor and I had the happiest crew at the Furniture store and increased the Business by 50%. Take a lesson !

All they sell is crap and they dont guarantee the stuff they sell because its just crap .

They told me that they were going to fix my dryer and I ended up with a machine that doesnt work !!n

I bought a washer it was delivered the next day and didnt work

I called and told them the washer didn't work. They have promised me every day for over a week a new washer, and over a week later, no washer and no refund, so I can go get a new one myself. I have a broken arm and am having to wash clothes by hand, as we live on a fixed income and cannot afford a laundromat.

I haven't got anywhere because it's a weekend so hopefully they rectify why I paid a month for my sofa and still get in charge for it and haven't got my mattress that I've been waiting for that the store manager said she would make sure I got and amongst that I'm waiting for other things for dad has nothing to do with this situation so far let's hope those work out

So first they were supposed to send me a mattress I still haven't got she said she was going to take care of that and add that to the box spring for the same price that never happened yet now they're taking money off my card or trying to when I already paid a month for my sofa and changed it over to the card that my other bill is on so everything was supposed to be taken care of yes Ms pelletier here I took care of it yes I did this but I have not received a mattress and just having problems since I got my furniture it's like they keep taking more and more money and everything was a set price when I first talked to him now it's like more and more I know about the stuff I'm ordering that is only $9 a week and $10 a week that I put on my other card which is my cash app card so that's nothing I'm talking about the big stuff that they're charging me for overcharging me I paid a month already for my couch they try to charge me the 25th another $26 I paid it on the 12th how could that be a month it's not I'm on 12 to 12:00 is a month so June 12th is when I should be paying my furniture for my sofa I don't have a problem paying my bill but when something's not being done right it was fair is fair and honesty is the best policy and I'm not getting no honest results yet I was supposed to have been had a match as I'm using my full size mattress for my old bed old mattress on a new bed and it's a queen size I thought they were great when I first started talking to him they were fabulous trying to help me get the furniture but I guess that was all talk just me trying to make me spend more money than I was supposed to and I love my furniture don't get me wrong but I just don't like the way nothing's being done right. And don't get me wrong I love my furniture and want to keep it I just don't want to keep going through these problems

I had surgery starting on July 24. They removed hardware for 16 weeks due fo infection.

I had a following surgery on June 26. Where they put in a custom shoulder. Which is more invasive then a regular shoulder placement.

I have screws going into my collar bone and my humerus. It is very painful, swollen and , bruised.

I went through ezpay to change my due date, i was charged 73.13 and i still had to contact my local aarons to change the date. Through the store was no charge.

I feel i should be refuned the 73.13 fee.

I have been a customer for years. I went through ezpay because i have my payments setup on it.

With doing so, that may result in an additional cost.

Bad washer

I just got a new washer and dryer set. It worked great for a while, then it stopped working. I think it was Monday night; they were closed, of course.

I had my payment Monday morning of 94, and I reported it to Amy. She said she couldn't do anything till Thursday when I work. I have no clean towels to shower. I had to go buy some. That's not right when somebody's making their payment.

I asked her if they could get somebody out here sooner or something. No, she said.

Then I called corporate. The lady tried to let them know that I needed a loaner at least, and the manager, Billy, said he couldn't do anything unless somebody canceled before Thursday. I have no way to wash these clothes because the whole thing is not working. It's not even washing; it just sits there and hums. And I have towels that are stinking. Well, my towels are all dirty except for the ones we bought.

So this tells me the items, like washer and dryer sets, are not that good if they’re booked up till Thursday. Not sure I want to keep this set.

I need to get a washer and dryer set that doesn't stop working a week later after I get it in my house.

I think you need to do something instead of putting me on the back burner.

Very disappointed customer.

A lying employee

Hi my name is taysia and I had ordered a fridge from you guys on March 27th. Was supposed to get it Saturday April 5.

I called the store in Enid,Ok and Anna answered and said that my fridge was not at the store and it would be delivered Monday, but I had already ordered $300 dollars worth of groceries counting on my fridge that day. So I asked if I could switch it to a different color of the same fridge if it was in stock so that I could store my groceries. Anna said she would ask the store manager when they got back from break. I called back almost 2 hours later and someone else answered and knew nothing of my problems and said the store manager was never there.

So I asked if I could just come get a fridge in a different color and they.

Said yes, but when I got there it turns out my fridge was in the back and just never put in the delivery schedule. I really don't appreciate being *** Sure seems she just didn't want to deal with me and that's not right almost cost me 300 dollars and she was rude.

A broken living room suit

I am very unsatisfied about my living room so I not had about 15 months and the same day I got my living room set the delivery boys dropped my love seat and broke it and I've been having trouble by getting it fixed they sent it off but it came back the same way it left broken and I think I ought to be finished paying for the living room suit I've been paying 15 months for and could not enjoy it
