Poor poor customer service
I was inquiring about a item and she was rude and very disrespectful to me and I already had an issue with them because I had ordered a tv and it was never delivered and they tried to make me pay for a tv I hadnt received yet

I was only trying to find out when the big delivery truck was going to arrive at the store. Truck arrived and I was able to receive my tv.
Every thing is great. Love my big screen.

No answer when I tried calling. I am paying for a fridge and it's not blowing cold, and I do have food in my fridge.

I was told from the payment of $80 by Friday or my agreement will be denied and I'd have to pay the full amount
Information concerning holiday payments and late fees
I was contacted on Friday the 17th asking for my payment thats not due until the 20thndue to holiday which I didnt have but I did have on 20th when my payment was ACTUALLY due but they want to charge me a late fee which is ridiculous

I think Aaron's IS the best company( I Love the store on E Court St Burton mi.) I hope to buy a small table soon for my apartment. I had two huncks the best delivery team, had my furniture in my apt: in less than 20 minutes.

If you want unprofessional, arrogant, rude, disrespectful service then talk to Presley. I will NEVER do business with him and Aaron's ever again.

Intimidating tactics
Because I did not know you had gone back to the out intimidating tactics That rental place used to use when I was little coming to someones house. My payment was due yesterday the 15th this morning is the 16th so you telling me if I dont make a payment on the day it's do you got since I went to my house to make me pay it.
They did it back in the day so this is what we doing now. Maybe I need to put it on social media if he doesnt do business with Aaron.

I placed an order for a couch, loveseat, and mattress on September 1, 2024. I have called my store (Lebanon, TN) daily since September 3, 2024, to attempt to schedule delivery.
Each time I am told the Manager will call me back in an hour or so to schedule. The Manager has yet to call me back. Someone showed up at my home on September 12, 2024, at 4 pm, and stated they were here to deliver. I could not accept the delivery as I have other furniture that needs to be moved first.
It was raining, and this delivery was not scheduled with me. I was told that someone named Josh called me the day before and said the delivery would take place on this day. I did not speak to anyone, nor did anyone leave a message. The person at my home stated she was the Manager and she would call me when she returned to the store to actually schedule the delivery.
I still have not received that call. At this point, I would just like to cancel the order. I will purchase elsewhere. Of course, no one at the local store will answer the phone today, so I am unable to cancel this.
The lack of communication is absolutely ridiculous at this point. UPDATE... I was finally able to speak with someone who stated they were one of the managers. She was extremely rude.
She stated she was not able to call me as she was unable to make outgoing calls. I asked to have the actual manager call me back. She stated I did not answer when she called. I, in fact, did not because I was unavailable.
However, I did return the missed call 7 minutes later, and no one answered. I understand being short staffed.
However, it is absolutely ridiculous to speak to a long-time customer this way. All I needed was a delivery date and time.

I have been trying to get a TV, but I can never close my account because the managers are never there. Every time I go to the Chiefland, FL Aaron's store, all I get is 'they left early.' Every time.
How can customers get anything if the managers never want to do their job? Now, regardless of that fact, what was the final straw was when I did get there and the managers were actually there for once. I was met with some of the managers' kids running around the store, jumping on furniture, throwing trash everywhere and destroying product. I quite literally watched on of the kids grab a pocket knife and start cutting the furniture and their oh so great mom didnt even care as she watched them do it.
Yes, that will definitely draw customers in... Then, I proceeded to turn my head to the left, only to see the managers treating their employees like utter trash. I see now why that store can never hold employees for long.
I will be taking my business elsewhere because I do not need to be spending my hard-earned money at a store that doesn't even have its head on straight. I was completely appalled by what I have seen and heard.

Took my son tablet in to get fixed 3 months ago and still haven't gotten it yet
My son tablet stopped having sound then it just cut off all together so I took it in to Arrons and that was 3 months ago

To whom it may concern,
I am writing because I am continuously harassed by Aaron's employees in Jackson, Michigan at the West Ave location. They come to my home daily, sometimes more than once every day. They keep adding on fees, home visit charges every time they come to my house, renewal fees, etc. They've got my balance up so high it's ridiculous. They call 3-5+ times EVERY day. This is harassment and illegal, and unprofessional. I have a lot of family issues and health issues going on. I previously had a lot of car issues which did cause a couple of payments to linger behind, but they receive their weekly payments still. Yet, they are disrespectful, rude, and harass me. They tried to get my children to let them come inside our home when I wasn't present.
I will be continuing to contact corporate, and I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint. I am hardly able to get to my phone, and prefer email. Please help get this taken care of. Thank you.

I received furniture from off the showroom floor that was used because the furniture was out of stock at the time. I was told I would only have to pay half the price for the furniture since it was used and on the showroom floor.
When the furniture arrived at my house, it had mice in it. My husband and I were furious. We couldn't get any help then, so we had no choice but to keep it. Now, when I checked the balance on it, I had been charged the full amount for this furniture as though it was brand new.
I am highly upset. Paying $4,000 for used furniture infested with mice should be illegal.
I will be seeking legal advice on this matter. Oh, and I have always been a loyal Aaron's customer for over 12 years.
