I went through this exact same situation as far as giving a bedroom set back. They made an appointment never showed up.

I called and they said there was never an appointment to pick it up.. Aarons thinks we are dumb..

Im Britani Jones and I have an account with the Sierra Vista Arizona Aarons and Ive had medical emergencies that Ive had to pay and I would like to let you know that Im going to be paying my account latest as Wednesday so if you can let the people know at the Aarons in Sierra vista know that and to stop freakin calling me and to not come to visit my house either. I didn't know that my husband' was two months behind we have been with the company for so many years. He has a *** bag and needs clothes cleaned everyday

Former employer

The manager for aarons in porter tx he offered myself and others amphetamines and even threatened to slip it into my coworkers drink he might call that a joke but it's not a joke to me. He also had a coworker diagnosed with covid come back to work after only week of quarantine she came back barely wore the mask and the manager had told her to come to work but not clock in putting everyone at risk of spreading the virus.

User's recommendation: Be careful what you buy from aarons.

Over charged

I'm being charged for a tv that the cost monthly for a 55 inch hisense smart tv is only $54.99 a month and now we sent the bedroom set back that was sent to us broken now we are being charged $158 a month .how is that even logical when you can go on the arrons website and see this tv is only $54.99 a month for 24 months .wow Egg harbor township arrons store are thieves and liars and won't even hold up to their own word .don't ever get anything from there.

I've only had my furniture for like 10 11 months and it's already worn very unhappy with the fabric

I showed Aaron's pictures on my furniture where it's rippling when I sit and I said it's just wear and tear I've never had furniture get this way especially after just 10 months so I asked them if I could order pillows and they told me no I had to pay up front for the pillows cuz I was going to order pills to one cover the couch is up and they did not come with very many pillows I've had to catch up on my rent so I asked them for a two month to delay my payments for 2 months and they said they can only do one and in their worst they were rude

User's recommendation: I'm just not happy with their services and I will not be buying furniture from them again.

I calk w d the store and the manager told me he would send someone one out to look at it. I still have not talked or have anyone come by. But they want me to continue to pay my bill and I am not gonna pay for a matress that they chose to cover up. It is also dirty.
