Jan 4th went to make a payment in lubbock tx. Thomas waited on me as i waited for my total Thomas says your total is $500 i just lost my brother Dec 12th i dont hve time to be playing around.

Just give me my total so i can go.

I told Thomas WHAT is my total i just lost my brother & im not in the best mood. Thomas apologized but still just tell the customer their right total so the customer can be on their WAY!!!!
