New ReviewerI applied and got approved for $80 a month. Went to the Bluefield, WV store to pick out bedroom furniture.
My order was a Queen size mattress and box springs, Queen bed frame and a dresser. Paid the deposit and signed all the paperwork. Supposed to be delivered Tuesday October 5th, 2021. But got an email from Aaron's that said my order was cancelled.
I called the store to ask why. Was told they didn't know why it was cancelled but would refund my money. Called back a few hours later about refund, I also asked again why it was cancelled. They said the reason was because I didnt have a mattress protector on order that's why it was cancelled.
But I was never called or informed until day of delivery.
I would like to know exactly why my order was cancelled! I will never be giving my service to that store or Aaron's ever because of the stores mess up.
User's recommendation: Would not waste time or money getting anything from Aaron's!
