WE HAD A HOUSEFIRE 4 DAYS BEFORE XMAS WE NEEDED TO RENT SOME HOUSEHOLD ITEMS FOR A MONTH OR TWO I EXPLAINED THIS AND ALSO STATED IF I LIKED THEM I WOULD KEEP THEM AND BUY THEM WELL PAID THEM UP FOR A MONTH BUT IT TOOK A WEEK TO GET THEM SO I PAID FOR 4 GOT 3,WHEN IT WAS TIME TO MAKE MY NEXT PAYMENT I WAS SICK THEREFORE I WAS A FEW DAYS LATE THEY CALLED ME 8 TIMES A DAY CALLED ALL MY REFERENCES 2-3 TIMES A DAY PLUS OVERCHARGED ME I DECIDED WHEN IT WAS TIME TO MAKE MY NEXT PAYMENT I WOULD BE RETURNING THE ITEMS WHICH I DID IN CLEAN ,NO DAMAGES SHAPE WHEN THE MEN CAME TO PICK IT UP THE ONE WENT OVER THE ITEMS WITH A FLASH LIGHT WHEN ASKED WHY HE STATED WAS LOOKING TO SEE HOW BAD LY INFESTED WITH BUGS I PROTESTED HE SAID WE ALL HAVE THEM-RENTERS I DO NOT NEVER DID, HE THEN SAID ABOUT MY DRUG USE BECAUSE OF THE MARKS ON MY ARMS I AM GOING THRU CHEMO I HAVE BEEN VERYSICK I WAS TOTALLY INSULTED NOT ONLY CALLED DIRTY BUT A HERION JUNKIE YES I WAS AND STILL AM UPSET WILL NEVER DO BUSSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN I ADVISE OTHERS THE SAME THIS WAS THE BELL VERNON PA STORE
