Approximately 1year ago I purchased a living room set that was brand new. Only after 1 year it started to peel.
I let the manager know immediately. 1.5 months later still no word on fixing it or replacing the loveseat. I put my money in escrow. I went again to the store to see if there was any answers, but we to my experience with this manager, still no answers.
I later found out that the old manager by the name of Dan was coming back as manager. I was delighted, because I had history with him. Well I spoke with him and got immediate answers.
Thank you Dan, for all your help, regarding this matter. Hopefully this does not prolong any later.
