While we paid half of our appliance we were still told to wait 8hrs with my 4 year old.. 1 hour out of that 8 was in the heat to load up..

then we were laughed at because we were sweating.. were we not a value customer? Don't we have customer base loyalty? I was embarrassed not only for myself but for my family..

picking up our entrenched emotions we headed our 2hrs drive home..

how can these people sleep.. they don't even know their customers..
