I received a call about my payment and the guy Miguel was very ignorant.Then I called back 11times and was hung up in Everytime.
Spoke with a manager when I went over there. If you are going to have ignorant people working at your business your gonna loose a lot if business. I have been doing business with your company for over 6 years and have never missed a payment or was late on a payment and I WILL NOT tolerate ignorance as the mistake was due to your in apt computer system.
If I get another call like this you will lose my business and can pick up the merchandise.The same way rent a center lost my business.
