I had a 24 month contract which I completed in June 2015. On October 19th , almost 4 months after I ended my business relationship with them, they reached into my bank account for $67.00.

I called them and was told it was a software update and my money would be returned to me within 12 hours. It is now October 27th and no refund. My bank is investigating. I am changing my account number to prevent this from happening again.

This is the second time in 6 months they have done this. Why are they accessing an account which is no longer due and owing?

Consumer Fraud....and their manager refused to refund my credit card to boot. They are all pond ***.

Reason of review: Consumer Fraud.

Monetary Loss: $67.

Aarons Cons: Stealing from me.
