I am highly disappointed and upset by how extremely unprofessional this company has been to me! I am paying for services that don't work and they refuse to fix it I am so upset and would NEVER ever recommend anyone get services with this company!

I reported my washer not working over two weeks ago they sent a tech out to look at it on the 20th I went into the store to make my payment I spoke to Soil the owner who reassured me they would fix this I then trusted him and paid my payment and ordered a bed! The bed was delivered on the weekend and after looking at it I saw to much damages and called in to express my disappointment I then advised him I will be looking into Easy Home to change my services to them the owner then started to yell at me and was EXTREMELY unprofessional and disrespectful he then advised me if I'm returning the bed he's not going to fix my washer because how unsatisifed I am with the service! I ask the store multiple times for the esculation process they refused to provide me the number the head office contact number they refused to explain the esculation process I spoke to Rick also who refused to!! This is so unprofessional if the store manager is verbally abusing me over the phone why am I being forced to speak back to him?

They won't fix my product and it's unacceptable I never miss a payment and this is my 3rd time getting products with this store you do Not treat a Loyal customer like that!

I would NEVER ever recommend anyone to get anything from this store I will be contacting Easy Home to inquire about moving to there store but in the mean while someone needs to intervene the way this store conducts business is unacceptable and so unprofessional this needs to be addressed immediately and the fact I'm paying for a washer I can not use is unfair I'm a single mother on a fixed income it's finically tight as it is so if I'm paying for a product or service I expect it to be in working condition! Pleaseeeeee contact me to have this matter addressed I got my items from the Scarborough location on Lawrence ave east
