Have been renting a year and have been on time almost every mth minus a mth or two and have paid over my mtly amt of 96.29 almost every mth have paid $100 and made a payment of 70 last mth which was told by a employee that it was fine till i cld pay the rest well this mth when i called to make payment was told i have not paid the 70 last mth and was due two mths was told there was no record of it till i told them i had proof of payment then their story changed saying oh we found it now but stlill owe 153.00 which was not adding up so was lied to saying first there was a 5dollar charge when i said that doesnt add up still he said oh its $10 then i asked where was the guy i talk to every mth that works with me was told he wasnt there anymore and that i had to pay the $153 today or give my kids tv back today or face charges of stolen property when this whole year i have rent i have been lead to believe that it was ok to bring in what i had and they will work with me with that beinf said i am on ssi so only have so much per mth to spare and when i told them to give me a couple hrs to see if i could borrow the rest of the money to make payment they was at my door and stayed at my house banging on door scaring my pets due to me not being home and also was threated by them saying they was calling child protected services on me for my child being in yard unattend which was a flat out lie!!!...needless to say i am very upset and feel like just giving the tv back but have already put in a years worth of payments with money i dont have to just pay on something not to own it one day. The guy also had someone bring him his personal car and drive the aarons truck away while he sat in front of my house until dark.I feel like this was very business like and was very rude and would not do anyone luke i was done today and will never rent anything from them again
