Sylvester McMillan is an 80 year old single man who rented a bed for his son. In April, he contacted the store 2 or 3 times requesting the bed be picked up.

Rather than pick up the bed, his card was charged in May and June. As his attorney, Icalled and expressed my anger to the rep because it appears that the store is taki the advantage of an elderly man. Rather than address the matter, I was advised to rent a truck and return the bed for Mr. McMillan.

Although I apologized, I have made arrangements to return the bed.

I am considering filing a complaint due what appears to be fraudulent business practice by your company. This matter needs to be addressed ASAP!!!
