Aarons - Gone downhill!!
I used to love our Aaron's store in Somerset, KY. Now the costumer service has really gone downhill. The store manager Mitch always has a bad attitude, and is not helpful at all. When we had issues with our laptop and our riding mower it took them forever to get them fixed. It took two weeks to even get them to come pick up the mower to have it fixed.
Today my mother took my credit card in to pay for the laptop we have. She told Joel to charge the laptop payment to my card, and her boyfriend was paying the lawnmower payment with cash. Instead he charged my card with the mower payment!! When she told him he did it wrong he gave her the difference of $60 back in cash. I am on disability and do my shopping and bill pay online.... I do NOT use cash! I find it hard to believe he was not able to cancel the payment and refund the money back to my card! When this happened, Mitch, the store manager was standing there. Instead of helping rectify the situation he turned around and went to his office!!!
Something needs to be done about this location. I am ready to just let our stuff go back, and NEVER use Aaron's again!
