Ive been a customer for a solid year and in that year it has been awful dealing with these people, i have a stereo that is broken and have tried to get it fixed through them and although they have my exact stereo sitting in the store the manager tells me he isnt even going to lease that stereo because its brand new and also that he cant call other stores to locate one because he is there by himself. I mean this is all the craziest things ive ever heard of ibpay on time and they tell me what i pay for is peace of mind that if anything happens while im leasing something they will replace it. So what happened to that policy once i really need it?
