here in Pensacola Florida at the Brent lane STORE.there customer service has gone to *** and back since they got new people.

they harassed EVERY one you listed on your application. i got a bed, 2boxspring headboard, rails, used, so the bed was OFF so it was the headboard they picked up no problem . so a few more months goes by the bed flatline and broke the mattress is now stuck to the box spring. i explain to the store that unable to pay for the bed and it has some damage to it because the bed is stuck.

they make arrangements to come out pick up the rail, one box spring and say they cant take back the other box spring and mattress cus it not normal wear and tear. and left it out side. so guess where its at STILL outside. .

who have time to SIT there and put holds in a bed. NOT me. i told them that the bed got stuck TOGETHER and the springs catch the mattress. then he said well you're still gotta pay.

like *** i DO.... you said you would pick it up. when i told you it had damage. then he said it will be going on YOUR credit....Im an African American (black) do he know how many time ive heard that...

several time..... ive seen used furniture in there cash and carry out. and it look the same as the bed. that why place like this have insurance companies to coverage damage goods...

if i had an laptop if it broke they would want it still.

im not doing no more businesses EVER with Aaron, or any rent to own .......you cant sue cause im broke.....
