I have used Aaron's on 3-4 different occasions.My issue is that with their best paying customers they call and harass for payment before it is due.

I just quit calling back and showed up when my payment

was due. I also have had several conversations in the past with what I call unknowing personnel. Not very well trained in customer service. I will not tolerate a "hood" mentality when conducting business.

Let's face it, most of their clientele may not be 'Forbes' candidates but this does not give them the right to be rude and attempt to run over people.They are what they are.
