Asked if each month they could take the payments from my account automatically they said "no". The manager was very rude told me this is how he wants to run his business and that you need to pay by e-transfer each month, you get no choice.

This is the most useless and inefficient way of paying. Gave my product back and will never use them again. Worst customer service ever as well.

Buyer beware, if you finance go to a reputable place to get your financing, either a bank or credit union. That way you are able to pay with a direct withdrawal.
