Not resolved

I have been a customer of Aarons for 12 years and I was pleased with their customer service until about two years ago when they constantly began switching the people around.

Recently I have experienced rude and threating phone calls from them because I'm not always on time with my payments regardless of what I tell them my situation is.

They have even called my references leaving messages which is very embarassing.

I love their merchandise but after I pay off my last account with them I will never give them my business again no compassion/consideration at all .
