The customer service wasn't bad when it came to purchasing my furniture. However, someone failed to mention that this particular sectional that I purchased had bedbugs.

Not only did it have bedbugs, but apparently it had already been inspected for bedbugs before. I even have bedbugs in my bed from this furniture. The regional manager Malinda went as far as saying that bed bugs can only travel 50 yards (she must've meant 50 feet).

If that's the case then yes, it is possible that bed bugs can reach every point in my house. Smart move.
