I became delinquent with my payments on the merchandise I was purchasing. They agreed that if I returned the merchandise, they would not put anything on my credit - they would have their merchandise to sell to another customer.

I found recently that they had put it on my credit as a write-off sent to collections.

I tried to get them to fix this through the BBB, but they refused to adhere to the word of their company and their employees. I have dealt with 2 other rent-to-own places, have been late with them, and have never had this issue.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
