Aarons - Delivered a damaged couch.
I decided to go with aarons for my new sectional couch. When they delivered it , 3 of the corner pieces had torn corners.
I took pictures and notified them right away. The manager who has a 4th grade education told me his repair man would be out asap. when he showed up he said there is no way to repair this and instead i caught him using a (Magic Marker) yes i said that. Told the manager this was not ok, and he said he would replace the pieces in 2 week and i said fine.
8 monthes later after battling every month, a new person got them in for me. Next, the couch was 2000 dollars and i had paid 1077 so far so i asked how much was still due and he said well the interest kicked in and you owe 1600 still. This really pissed me off cuz the cost for them is probably 900 or so.
MY ADVICE - DONT GET SCREWED BY THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!! Lesson Learned.
