One of their appliances that I rented from them broke down and it was my fault and I am still pain on this appliance they made an appointment twice And they always found an excuse not to take it finally They come and take it and there's broken glass all over my backyard I Walked into my back yard and cut the bottom of my foot I call to speak to the manager and no resolution I will never deal with this company again once I finish paying what I have there an awful company the customer service skills are very poor And instead of solve solutions they create chaos
