I’ve had to reschedule a payment on a few occasions. I gave them plenty of time in advance, and always rescheduled that payment.
However, they still took the payment out on the date I asked them not to. I would call them back to let them know what happened, they apologized because they did see it was noted to not run that payment.
They gave me a refund, however it takes 7 to 10 days to receive it. Will not deal with them again.
