I have multiple items I am renting from Aarons in Sault Ste. Marie Michigan.

I got a bed set from them in November. It was a clearance item. One of the nightstands were broken. They were suppose to fix it and give it back.

I finally picked it up today,it wasn’t fixed and they said that’s why it was on clearance. I am very upset about this. I was never informed about it at the time of the lease agreement. They were rude.

I have had multiple leases from them and it’s always something. This will be my last rental agreement and I will never return!!! Something needs to be done about the staff there.

I am a loyal customer and I don’t appreciate being treated badly or lied to. I feel like I was swindled.
