So I'm really in a bind our fridge goes out and we just dont have the money at the moment do to circumstance to do anything about it.

So I go to Arron's and purchase/rent a Refrigerator a month later it stops cooling and all of our food spoils (we work ALOT) So I come home to a very stinky fridge. I call them they send us a "loaner" and send ours off for repair... 1 month later the LOANER goes out and all our food is ruined AGAIN.... and they tell us they had our original fridge in the back of their store.... Then We get our original back... 1 week and it goes out and we lose all our food again!!

The last thing the customer service rep says to me.. "just take us to court then" Then puts me on permanent hold.

Aaron's has a food spoilage guarantee as long as you were not past due when you called them they will take care of a certain amount for you. Call their corporate office in Atlanta ga
