I leased a bedroom set, mattress and a 42' TV , I fell behind 2months, and I explained to them, that I'm a disabled single mom of 4, which one of them is autistic, they will still call me, bang on my windows, besides the fact that I made an agreement to pay the 2 months in full, it got to the point where I got cussed out, threatened by one of their employees, by saying " you're not untouchable, and I live near you, butch go take your medication, how about that" u want to know if I can sue them, for stress, and provoking many panic/anxiety attacks due to their harrasment.
