I'm having the same problem I have a bedroom set with them and got a new one for Christmas I told them I do not need it anymore and would like it picked up. They told me I'll call you back never got anything then they tell me on Saturday between noon and 4 nobody showed turns out they didnt put it in the computer then said they would be out Tuesday night and a no show called today and got told I'll call you back..

it's been 3 weeks now ..

I can't even have Christmas at my new house because of their *** is taking up so much room in my house and I have just a small house. And this is in Porter Texas
