I purchased 60 kitchen drawer handles; but they were too small for my husband's hands. I wanted to return them for a full refund, but even though I have to pay all of the shipping costs, "Aarons Kitchen Cabinet Hardware" will only give me 75% of the price of the handles (they're still in their original packaging and packing)AND they will only apply my 75% to store credit' that's $50 on a $200 purchase!

Their return policy stinks!!!

Even though I protested twice they continued to repeat that "It's their policy". It would be a different story if they were local; there's no one else who could stay in business treating their customers like this....it's NOT a special order item---they're just greedy.

To all of you posting about Aaron's Furniture. This is NOT about Aaron's Furniture.

Be aware - you get what you pay for. I ordered all new knobs and pulls from Aaron's because they were the best price.

Live and learn. Apparently that comes at the cost of poor customer service and response. Placed my order on February 25th. Received only a brief email a few dys later thanking me for my order.

(it indicated it wasn't processed until March 5th!), Nothing indicating how long shipping would be, who they use for shipping and no tracking number. Don't even bother to call. They don't pick up. A tape recording tells you to email instead!

I emailed them THREE TIMES before I received a response, about a week later. I had to REQUEST a tracking number to arrive in an email.

Live and learn. I'd love to go back and spend an extra 50 cents on each *** and I would've had them by now.

I pusrchased cabinet door pulls from Aarons Kitchen Cabinet Hardware out of Canada- different than Aaron's Furniture. I purchased the door pulls over three weeks ago and have not yet received them.

I have tried to call and email without any success of anyone answering emails, phone calls or phone messages. Currently their voice mail is full and you cannot leave a message. They have not given us a tracking number.

I am ready to go to my bank to try to recover my money. I am also ready to report them to Consumer Protections.

I agree, it is all about money for Aarons. Furniture is like a hook to get a customer's money, return items back and hook them up again.

By the way, the biggest return fee I heard of is 15%, so "Nobody beats Aarons" with their 25%. I wonder who is the Lucky Dog at Aarons, the owner?
