Aarons Has cockroaches
On wednesday aug. 15 I had stopped in at an Aarons store located in franklin/seneca, PA to purchase some new appliances.
Upon entering the store I hear the store manager just screaming at one of his employees and using profane language. I'm sorry, but is this acceptable behavior coming from a person of authority in a retail environment? I tried shrugging it off cause i desperately needed appliances. As i walked up to the fridges, I took my time and thoroughly checked each and every fridge.
I find one that fits within my budget, so i decided to peek inside. As I opened the door and to my surprise, there were three big nasty cockroaches! After my whole experience, I left empty handed and was greatly disappointed in the low standards that this store had.
I am getting in contact with the bbb and labor relations about the way that poor employee was treated and the total lack of professionalism that this store had.
I would have spoke up but i felt intimidated with the hostile environment. And as for the cockroaches I'm contacting the proper authorities. i would like the name and phone number for the district manager of this store. If this store has cockroaches, what else do they have, rodents, bed bugs?
Apalling, just appalling. I will never go into an aarons again and my whole experience makes this company as a whole look bad.
Location: Washington, District Of Columbia

Do you know that the employee was upset with being yelled at? Actually that isn't any of your business.
As far as the cockroaches go, you might be surprised at how many businesses have them. You have just never ran into any before, and for all you know the roaches might have been in the refrigerator when it was shipped.
You are an *** Joan.
Joan why are you on here? Are you an Aaron's employee?
