Ordered a new refrigerator that came damaged. They took pictures.

The GM would never call me back. The 90 days "same as cash" timeframe, came and went. So of course AFTER that he called back, said they "lost" the pictures of damaged fridge. So not only did I not have a chance to pay cash for the fridge they said they would discount because of the damage, whatever discount they offered me, wasn't enough because the price of the product went up after the 90 day cash out time frame.

They are horrible.

If many of these comments are legit. I would stop payment until they get there act together.

If they harrased and mad threats they will run into the wrong person someday. Then there are laws to deal with this type.
