I have recently received items from aarons in riverhead ny i was told three different times they would be at my house to deliver some items so each time i had to *** work and lost pay.after speaking with the store manager there several times i was told i was getting the next month free.well as soon as it came time for that payment the lady of course told me she did not say that and was very rude on the phone.i told her i was making a complaint and as she hung up on me she called me a *** ***! Now im talking to my father who is a lawyer and she will regret talking to me a customer that way! She is so unprofessional and im thinking ill just have them come pick up the items.i dont want to deal with rude liars! I believe her name is Dorothy but I'm not sure.

I bought a living room set and bedroom set at Aaron's in Laurel Maryland..both were invested with bedbugs!!! Aaron's said they would call me so they could replace my livingroom furniture.. No call..smh I would not buy anything from there again

I have bought most of my furniture from them and they r usually nice but they do get mean if I am late. I get mad back at them and say come and get your stuff I will go to rent a center. One guy really harassed me I called manager be complained and asked for main company office to report that "Luis" and they apologized said they would talk to him and then they treated me a little better. But yes they do call and call even my referral get called. If I have the money and don't go it I tell them I can't go car broke and they send someone to pick it up.

A tv i am renting was damaged on accident by me when i moved it to another spot in my living room. It fell over and developed a crack in it that made the screen picture go out. As i write this, i am dialing the office in columbus, nebraska. The phone is ringing, then auto hangs up. I contacted the Fremont, Nebraska store to try to get them to call the columbus store to get the person who i am supposed to deal with to call me. The Columbus, Nebraska store is in the process of moving to a different location, but they can call him to call me. Poor service. They need to learn business ethics and call customers.

They ordered wrong piece of furniture. They forgot a night stand that came with the set. I was yelled at. They told me I wouldn't get the piece. I would have to wait. Verbal abuse from 3 staff members. I was a customer for 5 years. I'm 63 with disability. They could care less.

Well my wife and I went in to lease a TV because we were not knowledge able about TV and wanted to just lease before we bought well the "manager" lol .said sure that's the way a lot of people go so we decide on a Samsung 50 in TV, because most of our mobile and entertainment devices are Samsung any ways we had to wait 3 days for delivery .only 1.2 miles down the road .they get here and it's a Phillips smart TV .I say watever call the manager and a skewed what the deal is. he was like we didn't talk about any Samsung if you want that it's going to be double .by then I was passed.my wife calmed me down she was right were only keeping it for a couple months then going to buy one anyways long story short we ended up keeping it 6 months way longer than what we wanted because they wouldn't pick it .and we can't bring it to them .final straw and two things are for sure going to happen .Last night checked my balance on my. Atm card Lo and behold there was a aarons charge plus he over drafted my account ....never gave him authorization .so I'm calling local pd to press charges well se if this makes the news because every dealing I have has been documented and the emotional as well as the financial stress Aarons thing has put on me and my family well .I'll let my lawyer speak from know on

Hello my name is Janie, I have been a good customer for many years, I lease a used laptop from one of your store last month. I used my 50 percent of with a new lease purchase. Yesterday the computer just stop working. I called the store and they said bring it in and I did. I I told the manger being that's it used and given me a problem I don't won't to buy it out could I get another, I was willing to pay extra if I had to. The manger told me no I have to wait till Rosa come back to check it and see if there a virus, but I put the virus protection on it. My problem is I don't know where u got these two manager from but they was very unprofessional. I want to know could I go to another one of your stores and get a laptop and deal with people who know how to treatment there customers. Any one can tell u at the Arrons I how much money I spent there paying off everything I get.I may have to go to rent a center and be treated right.. please call me @ 678-791-****.

Promised two year warranty on TV but will not put in writing.

I leased a 50" new TV from Aarons. He stated to me that all electronics carry a 2 year warranty.

When I got home and really looked at my papers I could not find anything relating to a warranty.

After the TV was delivered and I looked at the manual information it plainly stated that the TV had a one year warranty. So, I then called the manager of the store and asked for a written warranty. He stated that he could not put it in writing. He could show it to me on the computer but there was no way to print it out.

Then he said this sounds like a trust issue. I stated to him that this is business and I want the warranty in writing. He refused, so, I kindly asked him to come and pick up the TV because I was not paying for it. In addition I remembered when a computer I purchased got struck by lightning about a month after I paid it off.

Aarons would not stand by the 2-year warranty agreement that they promised when it was purchased. I will never purchase anything else from them and I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

We'll im from stamford ct first time renter,seen all the complaints so i wanted to see my own experience, call last week they took my information now they gave me a day for delivery oct 25 2014 yeah today lol...now something told me to call them yes the aarrons in bridge port ct the wokers playing games said the tv still sitting here couldn't get in contact with none of your reference, wow then i ask why didn't yall call me let me know what was going on excuse of course then said let your reference call us i said what remind you my reference knew they was calling said they can't get in touch with know one.we can deliver on Tuesday. ...what i said thank god no way i *** cancelled thought about it said I'm better off paying cash...like i always do,,,workers unprofessional and lies wasn't meant for me to rent amen. ...
