I have made 4 attempts to contact regional manager(Amanda) with no prevail.... I have spoken with corprate customer service, received a ticket #. But have not had any responses at any level!

In October 2019 I purchased (rent to own) a matching set Samsung washer and dryer, item numbers 150366**** (SKU 7401DY1) and 150369**** (SKU 740345Z).
In February 2021, the dryer stopped heating up and needed repair. On February 12, 2021, Aarons store C1872 came to pick the dryer up for repair and dropped a loaner dryer.
Before they removed the dryer needing repair from my property, I fully documented the condition of the dryer with time and date stamped photographs, that I'm happy to share, if needed.
The dryer was out for repair for 3 months. I was told it was at a repair shop in Indiana where they replaced the heating element and other parts related to the heating unit. It's an electronic item and electronics don't last forever. It happens.
When it came back, the dryer vent was crushed as if someone stepped, multiple dings and scratches, and the right side of the control panel at the top was pulled away from the frame. Naturally, I refused delivery of the dryer and again, documented all damage with photographs, for comparison.
Yesterday someone from the store called and said that a man from the store named Alan authorized an offer of waiving the last two (2) payments if I would take receipt of the damaged dryer. That offer is unacceptable to me. I want to continue making all the payments that I agreed to, I want the dryer that matches the set that I purchased, and I want that dryer to be in the same condition that it was when it went out for repair.
That is not unreasonable.
I don't know who beat the dryer up but I definitely know who didn't. I've never purchased used and/or damaged products and I'm not starting now.
Preferred solution: I want the same dryer that matches the washer that I purchased in the same damage free condition that I pay for.

My husband David taylor has been a customer for a while with Aarons we recently got a washer and dryer from the Stillwater store we moved to a apartment and didn't need them so my husband went in to see if they could pick them up Freddie said they was booked all week but he could bring them to the store we returned them on the 12th of June about thirty mins before they opened the guy that is there in Freddie's place is very rude he looked at footage and seen my husband truck come in with the washer and dryer on them and showed he left with out them they can't find them but they guy isn't no help in trying to see you left with them that was on your property I was charged on my debit card this 97.00 which I feel was not right they was on your property someone needs to look at footage and see where they went I shouldn't have to pay for something that I don't have we have never had this problem with Aarons

Poor delivery service and communication
Scheduled delivery of couch and ottoman. Never showed.
This happened 3 times. Also never gave a courtesy call to let me know they wouldn't make it. All communication was initiated on my part. Want my down-payment returned since.
Order was made in late May and it's now July 7th and have yet to receive the furniture or be contacted about potential. Once again, I'll have to call them to get any information.
If you're considering Aaron's, do yourself a favor and contact Rent-A-Center.

Return Shaming
So I have been a loyal customer of Aarons for quite a few years. Well as of a.year ago the manager has been return Shaming me.
It has gotten bad enough I am.just going to not pay my bill so they have to come pick up my items for non payment.
I understand keeping the money flowing is important to their business but returns are a part of it to. I have had my current leases for over a year and just don't want to keep the items anymore

We received the one email through *** Off, which I sent the information right away and have never heard from the company.Our married daughter took her Kati back and had the exact thing happen. She is a college student and the college was able to supply one for free.The return that Aaron’s is doing is not right. They are taking peoples money for a final payment when you do not have merchandise or owed a payment

I have been trying to return a bedroom set done the beginning of Nov 2020. The house I was in was being sold and told them the closing was the 30th of Nov.
My stuff had to all go on storage as I had yet to find a place so the bedroom set also was placed in storage. I made the payments while it was in storage even though they were told several times I needed it picked up. In jan I got a place and everything out of storage so once again called them. When I told the woman that answered the phone I had a new address she started with attitude asking if I had gotten written permission to move their furniture.
I informed her I could had left it in the house that sold and put a manager on the phone. She did and I told him the situation. He said he would contact the local store nearest me to arrange a pickup and return my call. I have yet to hear back from them.
I've moved again but the bedroom set is at the same house which is my daughter's house but she needs it out. I have called the 800 number and filled a complaint and the regional manager was supposed to contact me about the issue That was 2 weeks ago.
Still nothing is resolved and my daughter needs itjust dont out. I'm not even sure what my next move should be.

Literally today 09/28/20 I spoke with Aarons corperate again to fund out the first complaint wasn't even filed the worker actually file the 25thso I file against her too I..my media on here will show cleary the 22nd ! Aaron still haven't reach out yet however they claim 48hrs but now the first complaint mysteriously disappeared they are unaware until now that I actually called back on 22nd and the gentleman answered I cleary heard him typing update!
So the question is how did the complaint from 22nd become non- existence and now the 25th complaint is relevant?

I actually spoke with lloyd manager he did apologize stating that they didn't update my previous application and he wasn't there when Chris called the abuser but chris states Lloyd told him to do it.lloyd is saying he had no insight at all.i told lloyd I was still moving forward with complaint and corporate due to the fact he contact me that morning all he said was have the $ or I coming and hung up in my face! I waited for him so i could talk 2 him in person however chris decides later that day to call an old reference and just start telling him everything and told him to call me for what when I'm constantly in contact .we may miss eachother at time calls but we both(aarons reach out to eachother.this was unnecessary!
I done contacted everyone screenshots and all to prove we were in contact yet aarons post their concern in to reach out to investigate! Really I have screenshots that I email them with all details and contact also the corporate also verified that someone would called me and yet nothing has been done !!!!
I don't get it I literally talk to management that morning before he hung up in my face .but why ? Why purposely call a person who isn't even on my recent application and just give my information the manager admitted so he can't change story up ! Why I actually speak with aarons I never given them a hard time
It is 11:59 I still haven't sleep .im paranoid.all this and I speak to management ! Why call a person who I didn't even put on my recent application ?
And just tell him everything why I speak to aarons I never dodge them it has really put me in a fragile situation I don't understand this..to know manager didn't even care !! Why
