Ordered a whole bedroom suite. They gave my order to someone else, lied about delivery dates, never returned phone calls. I will never do business with them again and will tell everyone I know how sorry Aarons Round Rock, TX is.

I have a sectional from Aaron but I’m moving to another state in a few weeks I want them to come get it but after a month out of no where the seat cushion ripped and has gotten bigger even though we covered the rip and only guest sit there when there isn’t and option to sit somewhere else and now I’m worried they won’t take it back also they call me like 4 times a day if a payment is even 1 day late so when I move I won’t be using Aaron’s ever again

Aarons review: Lied to me about a refund

I told the manager not to take money from my card this week that id pay the 150 next week explained why.. friday came around they ripped it from my account .. told me they woukd refund it a week later nothing so i went into the store ... they could not provide me any proof they refunded my card .. another week later nothing .. so he lied to me about refunding my card and told me we would split the difference in the next amount i refused cancled my card asked to speak with a reginol manager nobody has called me in over a week .... I cancelled my card I am giving them no more money until my issue is resolved mind you i paid them over 700 already!
