Well according to our Local Aarons, nothing can be done. I will pay off funiture next Month so they will never have to do anything. I was promised 6 months ago that it would be fixed by previous Mgr. He got ill and left, now new Mgr. refuses to fix. Said it was made that way. Which is a lie, they were not the ones who sold it too me! (Load of CrapI. I saw the same funiture in an Austin store and it was NOT that way! I've paid way more than its worth and they could not spare a 100.00 bucks to fix it!

Aarons review: Fraudulent use/charge on my credit card

Someone was able to make a payment using my credit card on September 19, 2019. The amount of the charge to my account was $126.99. I being the owner of the credit card did not make this payment. I am requesting that a corporate staff person or. Some from your fraud section assist me with regards to my concern/complaint. My name is Craig L. I am interested in finding out how the transaction took place when no credit card was presented to make the transaction. I had already talked with the credit card fraud section about this matter before filing a complaint. Any insight about this would be greatly appreciated.

The GM BRADLY MOODY IS A VERY RACIST MAN. He literally only helps the white customers and treat us like trash. When I say is I mean blacks. He is rude and unwanted there. Extremely RUDE employees showed up at my home at 830 pm on 10/4/19! ! Rude with her words and the other girl rude body language as if she was gonna jump me. They have no right being at my home after dark and later in the evenings. We have a small child in our home and do not appreciate this happening. What they were saying is not true and we have proof. Once the merchandise is paid off WE WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN because they are rude and very hard to work with!
