Ive reached out to you before and have yet to get a response. Im in a direr situation and instead of ur manager Tony being forward enough to be an honest human, he waits until after I complain about how he treated me and then humiliates me and shames me because I want to clean my clothes and die with a little bit less stress.
What he did to me for months was just down right wrong to do to anyone!! And Im asking for your help to make this right. I live in a single income home and frankly my husband and teenage daughter need clean clothes more than I do so I will wash what I can afford of their clothes and ignore my wants and needs. Lawd knows I would definitely feel better living with a terminal illness if I could throw in clean jammies to pass in.
Can you assist me. Please. Im begging.
I was informed there were several knocked around machines good enough to be donated as Tony promised as a write off. Please.

Being harassed by 3 of ur employee
I pay once a month on the furniture, however when went to pay off my dryer and pay on
my son's bedroom suite I gave the cashier the money and the cashier gave me certificate papers of my dryer and left the building, after two weeks goes here come darly calling asking for a payment and told him I just left from on my son's bedroom suite and payed off the dryer! So looking to see what the person done with the money or how she applied to my account
However I don't deserve to be harramnt be your employer's or employees!

My name is Christina postgate i have 2 new lease Agreements with the arrons at 1015 e baseline rd Gilbert, az 85223 i made the 1st Agreement on January 6,2023 for a asus tuf gaming laptop and i paid for the order on January 6 as well and the second order was on January 7 for a 55in element 4k ultra hd tv and once again i paid for it when i placed my order today on January 9 2023 i was waiting for my laptop to be delivered to my home that i have lived and worked at now for going on 8 years now at 8008 e main street mesa az 85207 i have proof of address i have all my mail that i get delivered here i don't have a utility bill because dont pay the bills here the owner does and my boss the owner of the motel that i live and work for going on 8 years now is willing to give a reference for me to you so i can get my orders my id does not have my address on it but i thought that is why you asked for proof of address and for reference so if that is the case why did you guys not make my delivery and keep to your end of the lease i kept my end of the lease i paid and gave you a reference and proof i have
Lived here and worked here for almost 8 years now i would like my orders to be delivered i did pay for them

According to Aarons if you lease a pre owned tv which I started a lease 75 inch tv and the idiot associate gave me the wrong remote and said when you lease a pre owned tv its as is out the door so I have a tv you can get from the pawn shop for 200 dollars and he lied to me I would like to see if there is a number to corporate so I can file a complaint not only that he was snotty to me when I was doing business and on the phone after I got the tv home and couldn't use it

Aggressive driver and store employee lied
Have complaint about service for stove and dryer prices and appliances also employees lying to me since November about stove and priced me to high for lender I had for stove then became aggressive during pickup and store employee lied again that day and I called store three times after to get main number and they placed me on hold each time for over five minutes till I hung up also haven't received call from main office called attorneys and gonna pressed charges for breach of contract for stove and dryer basically I'll explain when I do get call also calling better business Monday morning I don't receive call also posting on social media

I spoke to the regional manager about some issues with taking money out of my bank account when they said they wouldnt as I was returning the products. Regional manager said he would allow me to lease a 65 OLED tv for 85.00 a month.
He even claimed to order me one. Store manager heard the Regional manager promise me the lease at 85.00 and never honored his word. Called the main office, and they documented and gave me a complaint number and said we will have the Regional managers boss call me. Nope not a single call.
If I wasn't so invested in the products I have, I would have returned the products and went elsewhere. The whole company should be sited as criminally deceptive.
Preferred solution: That I be allowed to lease the 65 in OLED tv as they promised

I called to check on the service where they help you toward the winter. The man who answered at brinley mountain said no.
I had to pay full. It's in November but it was real smart. He could have done it politely but he seemed like you know I wouldn't go on getting no kind of help and they offered it when I first begun. All I wanted to know was when I told him I knew it was some time in October or November somewhere in there he went off and told me no.
You had to pay for and October.
And if you can you going to have to pay full in November December. You don't need to be lowering it, but if you check the phone recording if y'all record everything you'll see how smart he said it

They delivered a dryer that feel like it barley works and broke the lint filter to my dryer n taped it I went to open my dryer n noticed it but want that money every week huh?

Taking 2 payments from me for 2 things when I only got 1 thing which was false advertising the sofa in the store was taller got it home and I cant even sit on it its way to lie Im in a wheelchair I cant get on it alone not fair but to take 300 from me when my bills only 1 something is ludacris I contacted the disability association act and I got something for Aarons because yall gone respect this CHAIR
