Aarons Rentals unethical practices

We have rented a bedroom suite. along with a washer and dryer set from your store.

Upon the delivery of these items, the two men put *** in my hallway wall leading off into the laundry room. They assured me that it would be taken care of by one of the delivery men. I also called to the store the same day and talked with the manager, Justin Hopkins, to inform him of what happened. Justin also assured me it would be repaired to my satisfaction and apologized for the damage.

A week went by and nothing had been done, I hadn’t even been contacted in anyway as an attempt to make things right. So I called Justin yet again. When I inquired about it, Justin informed me that he would send them over to repair it. This took a period of about three weeks, again with me contacting the store manager, each and every week. If that was not bad enough they repaired it wrong. They used some kind of putty to close the hole in the wall, except when it came time to paint the entire wall they used the wrong paint. Also only painting over the hole and not the whole wall as was first discussed.

After all of this Justin expected the first payment or the furniture right then and there. I told him if he was to fix the problem right, then I had no problem paying him. This is a $400,000.00 home that had gotten its first bruise ever. Oh it gets even better, the manager, Justin himself, waits until I have left for work to show up at my house. He then starts harassing my housekeeper that he wants the items I rented now and bribes her to let him. Saying he will give her a pack of cigarettes just to let him in my home so that he could recoup the stuff. Also threaten her with the police saying we are being charged with stolen rental goods. I had to loose a days pay as I had to leave work to try and resolve this. After several attempts to get the number to contact his District Manager Ray, I called information and was given the number to call that ended up taking us to the Roanoke store manager. He gave us the website to contact someone to help us.

Finally Justin had Ray call me. Ray suggested I buy the paint no matter how much I need and paint it myself. He said he would then deduct my costs from what I owe. However, that is not the way this should be handled. I am not the one in the wrong here. I should get more of a reimbursement out of this. I have lost work which is money I need to pay my bills and to take care of my four kids. Why should we still have to suffer in yet another way when we didn’t cause this problem to start with. Not to include the harassment of my housekeeper and the bribe he made to her. Also the unnecessary embarrassment of my neighbors witnessing this atrocity. I would like for someone to contact me and discuss a better way of handling this or I will be forced to go to my attorney and to the police.

I have a quarter of a million dollar house and yes, I was renting from Aaron's too. Once you have so much on your credit people stop lending you.

I too experienced a delivery driver damaging my property and Aaron's is yet to make restitution for it. Yet they want their money or merchandise when they say so.

Hey: I am so very sorry for your inconvience, and I feel your pain. I am currently a customer of Aarons (about a month now), and I have this eerie feeling it is going to be a roller coaster, I just got a call from a manager telling me he was coming out to pick up my furniture, and this two days after I made my payment.

I told him "if he came to my house he would not be getting in", Said good-bye and hung up my phone. They act so understanding when you get in a contract, the offer no compassion for anything after that.

Caused my account to be overdrawn

aarons took my payment out of our banking account 2 times in one month.. caused our account to be overdrawn .didnt find out until out bank statement came out .they didnt bother to tell us how it happened.they offered to put the money back but they couldnt do anything about the extra money the bank charges for the overdrawn amount.on our bankstatement both payments were paid for on the same day.we called them on it after we received our bankstatement on july 21 2008. we still have to pay the overdraft fee plus on top of everythin else we were broke until the 3rd of august. they suggested that we could apply the money to next months bill.they said they couldnt refund us the money they had to put it back on the card. the ay ti as paid

I am a very displeased customer

I purchased a projector from Aaron's Rent to Own in Ocala and had problems immediately after I started to lease it. I brought it in and it was reset. Unknowingly, resetting it only allowed it to work for a short time, which was long enough for it to work until I paid it off if full. Two months after I PIF I brought it back they sent to off to service and repair and kept it for 3.5 months told me that the bulb needed replacing and then kept it for another 6 months, almost one year later...

Aaron's has a habit of transferring items from one store to another, then claiming it is new. Maybe new to the one store but not New New. Most if not all of their usedstuff do not have manuals and IF, you are lucky, it is not already a discontinued model by the manufacturer.

Aarons is refusing to fix a computer still under their lease

I rented a dell computer from Aarons in Oct 2007. I reported to them over and over their firewall and virus protection was outdated. I was not about to pay out of my pocket for software for a computer I did not own. Two days ago my computer crashed. I called the store, they told me to call Dell. I said it is your responsibility to fix it not mine. I found the restore function and restored it and this temporarity fixed it. Then I could not get into my email. I went back to restore and the screen for resore was blank. I managed to get into email but could not send emails. Also the search, when you are looking for specific programs or software is not functioning. I called them again, and this time they told me it was my internet provider problem. I told them no, the computer box, for the provider has all green lights with no red. This signifies all systems are working 100 percent. I then swore at the guy, I am sixty four. LOL and hung up on him. I told him I was filing a complaint with consumer protection and his corporate office, which I have done. This is not right. Now I have a defective computer which I do not own and I am not going to pay rental payments on a broken computer. If they take me to court, I will explain this to the judge and show him the contract. The regional manager is suppose to call me with in 24 hours to try to resolve the issue. Has anyone else had a problem with them refusing to make a repair when a lease was still in force. This is a warrenty violation under consumer protection here in Jersey

No matter when you buy a computer you only have a trail period for most of your software. All antivirus software is only a 90 day free trail.

Then you have the option of purchasing it. It's not the responsibility of the place you purchased the computer from to pay for your antivirus or other programs it is yours if you intend to keep the computer...I'm not sticking up for the store i'm just stating a fact.

An honest assessment of Aaron's

I went to Aaron's Sales and Lease in Cincinnati, Ohio to look for a recliner for our livingroom. I found a nice one and decided to lease to own it. My experience with Aaron's was honestly ok. Not great, but ok. I came to this site looking for honest feedback about another store and couldn't find any positives to counter the negative, so I decided to post what I know about Aaron's. The price, of course, was extremely high once I finished off the year of paying, they did call me and left a message the one time I forgot to pay on time, but they weren't rude at all. The chair isn't the absolute best quality (I have a cover on it now) but structurally it has held together for three years. Would I recommend them? Yes, if you are desperate for a short term furniture solution. I suspect it might be worth buying electronics if you are in a situation where you can't buy from a regular store.

Arrons threatened to take a car I loaned a friend-if he did'nt return their T.V.

A friend got a big screen from aarons-his Ex reported he traded it to us for a car-Aarons showed up and demanded T.v. back by noon or the keys to the car I loaned him!...The T.V. was never traded-and was right were they hooked it up in his room.He was'nt ever late on payments on that hunk of ***-just borrowing our spare car and mad Ex reported this false trade. I called them and told them by no means would they take my car as I had nothing to do with anything and I would get them for auto theft-They lied and said they could and would take it-I thought what???Anyhow he took the tv back within 30 minutes-go figure!... This was the Albany oregon store...

Aarons doesn't value your time!

We bought a living room set, and an expensive TV and paid them off. We promised to come back for bedroom sets when this was paid off. We did purchased a bedroom set...promised to be delivered before noon a few days later. We had once in a year family plans for that afternoon. They said they had a delivery elsewhere that was a 'problem' current account..and would not deliver until 3:00 pm. We canceled bedroom delivery/account. This say alot about Aarons - they The manager said we would be 'terrosistic' if we made a public comment. This was the Chico store. You judge.

Been doing business for over 12 years with Aaron’s.

My Husband and I went into Aaron’s not long ago, and were treated so rudely; we will never buy from them again.

When we pulled up to the Aaron’s business we noticed three Aaron’s Employees outside in the front, smoking, we walked past them, and they had nothing to say, no hello. No how are you, nothing. They looked at us like y are you here bothering us? (Rude)

These people had no respect for others, I am letting everyone I know about the attitude they had, and telling them

Unless you like to be treated very rudely.

We talking to a fairly new person to Aaron’s lady at the desk and we see and hear the manager Named Marvin talking from his office to the front desk to tell her not to sell the item we wanted.

I have no idea why he would act this way, but if he didn’t want our business no longer, he did a super job making sure of it, by acting the way he did that day.

Marvin was a very RUDE manager.

We were talking to Marvin and right in the middle of talking to him, he just walks off to talk to his co-workers, as if we were not even there.

We have never gone back to spend money there, sense that day.

I rented and paid for a table and chairs from Arrons. The chairs (bar stool type) started bending before I paid it off.

I reported it to Aarons in Nov. They promised me a new chair.

I have now paid off these items and they keep telling me it is on order. I still haven't heard from them.

Aarons Rental/man handling customers who disagree with thier practices.

Aarons Rental is absolutely the worst business on the continent. Not only did they misrepresent their product pricing to my sister, but they man handles me (I was a silent observer)

Heres the story:

My sister went into the Aarons in Rapid City SD to check out any cash and carry sofas they may have. They had a previously rented couch for $200, which my sister purchased. She then went home and proceded to give away her livingroom furniture in anticipation of her new one being delivered. 4 days later she was still waiting..(great service..no call, no show) she contacted Aarons and was told the sofa she had purchased had bed bugs!!! (Why was it out for sale infested???) She was asked to come in and discuss this with them. She advised them she had already disposed of her older furniture. When she went in, they refused to give her any compensation for their error, and forced her into a rental agreement on a sectional for $124 monthly payments..telling her they would credit what she had already paid.

She called Aarons to advise them she would be in April 4 to make her payment, (3 days after due, due to work hours) they called at least 7 times in those three days.

When we went in to make her $124 payment, she was told her payment was $151 and would be each month, that she had $9 credit rather than what she should have remaining from the original $200 ...the man was extremely rude and spoke to her as if she had the comprehension of a knat. My sister was understandably upset..he would not explain where her original $200 went, nor would he say anything about the higher payment except "taxes". My sister became quite agitated and stated "Come and get your F*&^*& couch. Now I know she shouldn't have used profanity, but when someone is that upset, it happens. This man came unglued and started screaming "Get out of my store!!!" at the top of his lungs. My sister started out the door and I made a move to follow her. I turned around halfway out and was about to suggest to this gentleman this is not a proper way to handle a customer dispute, when he came up behind me and started pushing on my shoulder to leave. I told him to get his hands off me, as I had done nothing wrong. He stated he was merely escorting me out the door as he continued to push on my shoulder. I advised him again not to touch and reminded him he had no right to touch anyone. He then continued to scream "Get out of my store or I will call the police" I told him not to bother, I would do it for him. Now I did call the police, but due to an extremely inadequate 911 operator, I wound up hanging up and will file a police report in person at the police station. I will file this just prior to my visit with an attorney. Aarons has so many complaints, it's surprising they are still in business. Reading their contract agreements is an exercise in futility. There are so many hidden charges and the intrest rate is around 400% if you make minimum payments. They really need to regulated like these check cashing places. The biggest crime here is pushing my sister into an agreement she did not want after they sold her something that should not have been sold. Shame on them.

I am so pissed off rt now....I am a long long term customer of Aarons and they have treated me like I just didn't matter in this situation. This is my 3rd contract with Aarons.

This purchase contract I have with Aarons I was renting a refridgerator and a Dryer...I have paid 15 months of a 24 month contract with them. I recently had to move due to some family issues and my move was sudden. I didn't have a place to stay for about a month or so and I called Aarons to come and pick up the items due to their so called contract, that you are not to move the furniture while you are still under contract. So I called them to have them to pick up the itmes so that I can have to deliver them to my new house.

Now due to me moving outside the area where my account was originally set up, I would have to have the account transferred to a store in my area. Now as I stated in the beginning I only have 9 payments left to complete my contract. Bur since I am transferring to a new store they treated me like a new customer. So I had to go through the new customer process.

So in that process they were doing an employment verification, but I just gotten laid off from my job, but I was guaranteed my unemployment, not only do I get unemployment I get child support, which is enough for me to make my payments and they will not allow me to get my refridgerator back to complete these last 9 months of my contract. I am so hurt, I feel like they have taken my money and just said forget you.

I am a CAM for Aarons, and on behalf of all the employees who do not know how to treat customers, I apologize...now one thing that is protocol is collecting payment from people that are past due. It doesn't matter if you are 1 day late or 40 days late, you are still late and your account is treated that way regardless.

Now just because of this doesn't mean you have to be unprofessional about your work. I always listen to my customers and always try to accommodate them as best I can. The first couple of days are courtesy calls to remind them that there agreement is non-renewed, after the 5th day, well its more like, hey I gave you a few days to pay, now what's going on? But again, in a very professional matter.

And a lot of Aarons employees are probably thinking, yeah right so you must have the highest nons in the region, but I don't think so. For the October cycle I closed at 23.60 percent on nons so go figure...its all about how you treat people and LAC them when they pay late.

Then customers feel so bad just because you always help them, that they end up paying on time every time. We have 1050 customers and I'd say 90% of them pay on time...thanks to my customers, I have a JOB!!!!

I had 2 months left on my contract and came into a little financial problem and asked them if i can pay my bill the next month and i will pay the whole account off. they told me no and to bring the merchandise back after paying 125 per month for 26 months and they expect me to return the merchandise. i told them you will wait and then they had the nerve to come to my house and then it was on, they did not leave with the merchandise and for some odd reason they left me alone. maybe because of the big gun I had...lol I live in the hood where anything goes so you just have to stand up to these *** people

If you read your contract, you would understand that there is no grace period with Aaron's. You do not pay your bill, then you will lose your merchandise, plain and simple!!! :cry

i agree i mailed a money order foe my account and they put it on my daughthers then charged me late fees and was in my yard to take my stuff i had the money order traced and arrons said they never recived it and they didnt make mistakes even after i proved i was right they still wont ammit it....

Blocked by Aaron's truck

I just had an episode yesterdy with Aaron's. I had spoke with them earlier in the week telling them i was unable to pay and it would take a few days and please not to call me at work, since then they have called my work twice leaving messages and my cell phone.

Yesterday when i had just pulled into my driveway Aaron's guy was standing at my car window he said he was here to pick up the couch and i refused seeing since i had said i would pay for it....he then said he was going to call the cops and i said go ahead, once i did that he got all excited and upset and told the other guy to pull the truck by my car, The guy pulled the truck kiddy corner in back of my car so that i could not leave if i had wanted to, i feel that my rights have been abused and i was falsely imprisoned in my own car in my own driveway.

Once that happened i got out of car and began to go up the stairs where the guy started to follow me and asked again so can i take it, and i said no and then he started yelling in the parking lot that i stole their merchandise...i have neighbors with their windows opened....i do not appreciate the way they treated me nor being violated as i had.

Are you serious? Okay I know this was posted years ago but for others who are having these issues: You signed a CONTRACT with them telling them you would pay them ON TIME each month.

When you do not pay, then they come and take your furniture back, simple as that. it probably even says it in the contract, you should go read your contract sometime. You should have not signed it if you thought you might not be able to afford your payments.

I not only got two Aaron's employees arrest for 5-99 years on a B & E charge, I got to keep my property. Fight back! Call the police, record everything on yur cell phone or camera.

They also state that they will work with you over any late payments. Besides that doesn't excuse what they did.

Contracts are made to document an exchange or an agreement so that should a problem occur, proof can be presented in a court of law or taken care of through more legal means. A contract is not an excuse for harassment and slander, those are both still very illegal.

Contracts aren't above the law. :zzz

Yeah ^^people^^ are. Aaron's can not have you arrested for non payment.

If they do, hire an attorney because it is a civil matter, not criminal. They will drop the charges. This is a scare tactic. As a collector I can tell you there are laws for every state.

In Tx where I live, you can not stand outside and announce a debt.

It is personal and confidential information. Report them.

Aaron Rents Gave Us Bed Bugs!

We rented some furniture from Aaron Rents during a short term transfer. The furniture they sent us turned out to be infested with bed bugs, which in turn, led to our home becoming infested. Aaron Rents, even though ADMITTING that they were the cause, REFUSED to help us. After trying over and over for months to get the infestation under control, it just got worse and we were advised by an entomologist to leave our home and all of it's contents behind as this is the only way we were going to be able to escape taking them with us again. We were literally forced to leave our home and all of it's contents behind with 4 kids and just the clothes on our backs due to Aaron Rents negligence and they could not care less. They refused to help and told us to sue them "if we could afford lawyers like they can." I don't understand how they can be so cold. We have started a website to get the word out about this company and to gain public support regarding the law suit that we have been forced to file to try to replace our home and furniture. I am sure that since you all are bed bug experts that you would know they can be picked up from anywhere. Just because you rent furniture from Aarons doesnt mean you got bed bugs from Aarons.

It seems a lot of people claim this based on reports of lawsuits and such. Maybe you should just go to McDonalds and spill hot coffee on your crotch...That's easy money.

My son was buying a bed set from Aaron's and now has bed bugs. He has had the bed less than a week. He is going to contact a lawyer on Monday.

I have never had a problem with bed bugs until about 5 or 6 months ago when I leased a used chair with them. They are coming to get the chair on Thursday and Terminex will be here as well.

I am beyond upset over this ***. There are not bed bugs anywhere else in my home that I can see... but they were crawling the chair that we rent from Aaron's. Wanted to be safe and go ahead and have an inspection done by Terminex to make sure we dont have them anywhere else in my apartment.

So, if you believe that Aaron's is not the cause then maybe you work for them or something. You could have gotten lucky and not gotten any.

I have spent hundreds of dollars bombing this place and spraying. Now its going to cost me over 1200 dollars to treat my apartment as well as the neighbors.....

sorry for your experience..tell me what kind of lawyer you find to help you....cause Iam suing them for damages...the delivered a matress full of bed bugs...i reported it to them and they told me they would spray but I would have to sign a release not to sue them! well that doesnt work since my daughters that slept in that matress are now covered with dark marks over their face and arms from were the bed bug bites were!! aarons suggested that

My daughter is going thru the same situation in North Carloina right now. They have 4 small children and were told they would have to leave everything behind so the will loose all their toys as well as their home.

very unfair that they dont want to stand up and take ownership. We would be willing to talk to a lawyer.

Aaron rentals

ceregy has put information on our credit history that is not true. they said that we have a bounced check with aaron's rental, we are still paying aarons rental for our computer, we never paid with a check who are these people, i will not stop i will call them day and night i am writing my congressman or woman i am writing every body i am tired of people like them missing up my credit report. i will conact a lawyer on this because i know i am not the only one. enough is enough they messed with the wrong woman

I purchased some items from this company and paid on time and paid the items off. I pulled my credit report and it is listed on it, all positive, yet under negative items in the summary.

It was my understanding unless there was negaive info it would not be reported.

What is really going on with this? :?

Have been a customer for several years (atleast 6yrs) and have learned that the majority of NEGATIVE reviews from customers are TRUE depending on the personnel of the store. When management changed at one of our Indianapolis Stores (52nd Keystone), attitudes & service changed.

I've done business with them for several years and everything worked fine until recently when I got down to almost last payment on 3rd item to be paid off. Both managers were unwilling to work with me for last payment ($130 payout after 2 yrs), harrassed me about $53.00 payment and very rude & disrespectful; didn't care that I'd paid consistently for 2 years, and would rather repo the item for the last payment due & lose me as a customer than work out plan. As of tomorrow morning I will be resolving the last payment, but because of attitude & blantant disrespect I will not do business with them ever again.

Customer service is fine until you receive the order, then it's *** getting service. :(

Purchased used furniture at new price (furniture was ripped in hidden places)and paid cash, purchased tv + stand 90-day same as cash contract (paid cash in less than 40 days after receiving payoff amount from store employee). One year later, received unpleasant call from manager stating that contract had not been honored and requested $1,300 to pay the contract in full.

Paid $1,300 & received paid in full papers. 30 days later received another bill for over $100. Rip-off, rip-off when does it stop.

We now want the the $1300 returned and any further correspondence from Aaron. Aaron will be prosecuted for the rip-off practices that keep this business afloat.

we went to rent a bunk bed for my granddaughter, we weren't sure if she would like it, the salesgirl said, no problem you can return it if she doesn't. Well, two weeks into it the granddaughter wouldn't sleep in it.

I called to return it and they said that we needed to keep it for 6 months but I told them the girl didn't say that and I didn't sign anything.

They picked it up and today I got a bill for 5 months of payments. I can't pay this, how do I get them to stop billing me?

They claimed we also gave them an NSF check and our bank has given us paper work saying that the check did not bounce and the money was sent to their bank.

A petition needs to be started. I recommend that we all write out our complaints and seek out a lawyer for a class action lawsuit!

I purchased a computer from Aarons Rentals and it was paid for in January of 2009, after having it paid for I had some trouble with the computer and they gladly fixed the problems with this computer for me. I have nothing but good words to say about them!

They have gone above and beyond their call of duty for me.

I love them and would highly recommend them to anyone who has a little credit problems or just wants to have an item for a little while.

I had REPEATED problems with AARONS! They fraudently charged a credit card.

They gave me a broken computer...the list goes on and on. They also did not come for 8 days when called about a nonworking fridge, which they are supposed to immediately fix or replace, making me lose 200+ in food!!!!!

Aarons sales and lease

I have nothing bad to say about Aarons lease store. I have been a customer for 1 year and have been so very pleased with the service and the atmosphere when I go to pay my bill. As long as you pay your bill, you should not have any problems! If I had any problems they are right there for me. I cant say enough good about them, so they are a great company and do help people get back on their feet when needed. Keep up the good work, I am very pleased with you. A customer for 1 year!!!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE

The Manager of the Aarons store in Murphy N.C. is the most rude arrogant person I have ever delt with. As long as your buying something, he is nice enough. Try returning something and he becomes an absolute, total ***! I have never had such a horrible experience in any place of business. If your thinking about doing business with Aarons, please do yourself a favor and avoid the place like poison. I leased a washer and dyer and decided to return it after the 4 month minimum, I have gone in the store and signed the necessary paper work. It's been 3 weeks now and we are still wating for them to pick up the merchandise. We've called them twice and ask when they planned to pick them up. Each time they say someone will call. Today I received a bill for the next months rental. These people are just the worst.

We rented a washer and dryer from aarons. the dryer stopped working so we called them to fix it.

it took forever for them to come get it and give us a replacement while they"fixed" that one. we got ti back months later and it still.didnt work. we had them back out to the house twice more with no luck in getting it fixed. the manager was very rude diring the whole ordeal.

we finally got it fixed and two months off our payments when i went over the heads of the jerks at the local store and called the main company in charge and told them i tefuse to pay for the months it hasnt been fixed and if it was not fixed soon they could come get it. it was fixed within 3 days. took the guy 15 min to change out a part.(he wAsnt the fixit giy from the store obviously). we made the mistake of renting a laptop from them at a later date.

it got ran over and we took it to them to see if it could be repaired since their stuff is supposed to be insured while you are paying for it. they claimed it wasnt insured, TOOK the laptop, and claimed we still had to pay for it even tho they kept it. we said if we had to pay for it we wanted it. they did not return it and nothing else was said aside from a couple letters a few years ago.

today we get a summons to court about it wanting twice what the original cost was.

any advice? we are in tn btw.

Aaron's in Bristol CT came to my house at 8:30 pm to collect a $90 payment that was a billing error on their part. I was not home yet from wk, my 13 year daughter called me and told me they were banging on the door and then the two guys tried to open the door.

They try to use mobster tactics to scare people. THEY ARE CRIMINALS!

Same here. We called them everyday for a week to come and pick up the washer and dryer as we no longer needed them.

Every day we were assured someone would be there to pick it up and every day NO ONE CAME. The only way we got them to come take them back was to tell the manager that we were refusing to pay the next month's payment because we no longer wanted the washer and dryer, and if need be, we would bring their merchandise to them and leave it at their front door. Finally someone showed up... at 8:45 p.m.

while I'm trying to get my kids to sleep. Will NEVER use them again.

I am shocked and disappointed to be writing this letter to you today. After more than 3years of me and my mother-in law been usring your sevices, I had the worst customer service experience of my life.

Here's what happened: on this date sept.17, 2010 aound 830 AM.I get the miss phone call so i call back and asking who was it, the gentleman was pick up the phone and asking me who am i back with out introduce himself, so i tell him what is my name, and then i ask him back who was he, he still dont tell me his name and where he calling fron and what matter that he calling and being so RUDE and ask me what is my last name so i ask him back why you need my last name,i still try to ask him where he calling from? he still REFUSE TO TELL ME WHO WAS HE AND WHAT/WHY HE CALLING ,so i hand the phone to my wife and he still being RUDE to her so we hang up the phone and call back that number and we find out that "AAron store # 5778 in N. Wickham rd.,Melbourne FL.the manager in traing pick up the phone she been very pofessional tell us his name is DON and i ask her what is his last name so i can write this letter to. but she said she dont know have to wait for AJ he be in at NOON( he is a GM , he is great to us and he always taking care of me and my family)so i call them back later that day Mr.Don is pick up the phone so i ask him if i can talk to Manager he said he is a managerin charge so i ask him if i can can have his last name so i can write the letter ,Mr.DON was now yelling and be UNPROFESSIONAL still being RUDE still refuse to give me his last name and store number to me because i tell him that im going to write a complain letter to the store/whom it may concern to, i later find out the store number from my lease agreement.

What a way to startmy day. I am sure this treatment is not a regular occurrence, but that doesn't change the fact that I was subjected to it.

Please take steps to ensure that this employee know that these actions were not in line with your company's values and policies. Additionally, I would like to return all my items back if this matter not been resolve.

I went into rent a washer and dryer. Asked for all the details.

Then when they came to deliver the machines, they sent the wrong ones. Tried to bring a used washer and dryer. Which i was not going to accept. They are very unprofessional, not knowledgeable, and totally confused.

I will be renting these machines for one more month. Then they will be returned.

These people donot have a clue how a legitimate business. :(

Do what we did. Put it out in the yard and call them and tell them where they can pick it up.

Advise them you will not be responsible for their property any longer.
